- christina velasquezApr 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't understand why during the worst season of the flu, this clinic does not have the proper equipment to test for it. not to mention, they never answer the phone or stick to their word about calling you back. My father was tested for the flu on a Friday and didn't get the results back until Monday and that's because we kept calling and calling. the receptionist over the phone also made a joke about type A and B, which is morally so wrong. Dr.Ruiz is a kind doctor, but when it comes to her patients, It really feels they are getting half fast service.
